Al Kuntz - Worldwide Hunting and Fishing Consultant - AlsAdventures.com
The outdoor world lost a great friend on November 10, 2008. Al lost his battle with brain cancer after a valiant struggle. The disease weakened his body, but not his mind or his spirit. He was still out there, enjoying Wyoming's wilderness only a few weeks ago. We will miss his cheerful voice on the telephone, his excited, boldface style of email and of course his advice on anything to do with hunting or fishing. When I developed an ear infection and could not fly, Al took my son Alex under his wing on Alex's first far-flung hunt, and guided him to two wonderful caribou and an even more wonderful overall experience. That's not the kind of thing a family ever forgets. Al is survived by his sweetheart Lori and three children. If anyone deserves the Happy Hunting Ground, it's Al.
