Al Kuntz - Worldwide Hunting and Fishing Consultant
Al Kuntz must be one of the world's smartest people. He makes his living by hunting and fishing the best spots on the planet. If a spot measures up to Al's requirements, he'll handle all the details so you can go there too. Al's been doing this for over 30 years (!!!) so he knows what he is up to. Take a look at Al's website (www.AlsAdventures.com) for some incredible possibilities. My son Alex hunted caribou with Al in September 2006 up in Nunavut.
As a professional, Al wears what works. Years ago, before he ever got to know any of us at King of the Mountain, Al started wearing our wool. At this point, he is a self-described "King of the Mountain poster boy".
KOM works great for Tajikistan's Marco Polo conditions...If the serious cold and wind weren't enough to deal with, these sheep are found at 15,000, even 20,000 feet!

Omnitherm Brown Bear, Kamchatka, Russia. This brownie's head is about as large as Al's torso!

|
Al wore our Blowdown pattern on his Bighorn hunt with
Chungo Creek Outfitters in Alberta

|
Al wore a Blowdown Bushman to take this massive whitetail in Saskatchewan, hunting out of Jim Shockey's Canadian Whitetail North Camp. Al's got his logo embroidered onto his shirt. We can add a logo to any of our garments, and quite a few outfitters have issued embroidered KOM to their guides for standard wear.

Al is wearing KOM under his pure white camo. He took this ibex in Tajikistan. Note the white tape on the rifle and even the binoculars!

Here Al is wearing our old Hooded Anorak in Omnilite. We still have some of these, even tho this item has been discontinued. I believe we will eventually start to make it again.

Al Kuntz wore our Omnilite Bunlite Pants and Frontier Shirt for this Dall/Fannin Sheep in the Yukon in 2006. Al particularly likes the Bunlites for the wicked walking that is part of sheep hunting. |
